- ROs serve for 4 years, Mitchell has been in position for 1 year
- Responsibilities: Patrol area, social work, coordinate events in area
- Neighborhood Updates:
- Focused mainly on 7 Oaks area (60% of calls in Badger Rock Area)
- Neighborhood mainly has calls for Domestic Disputes and Mental Health checks
- Uptick in car thefts along Moorland Road - ensure vehicles are locked, do not leave keys in car. Cars taken while the owner leaves them unattended while running them to warm up.

- Traffic Enforcement - officers Charles Warren and Greg Rosetti stationed near neighborhood, any infrastructure change needs to go through City Engineering
- For immediate and specific concerns, reach out to Officer Favor; for general patterns please reach out to relevant department (i.e. traffic issues to traffic enforcement)
- Officer Favor has access to a grill and possibly funds to help with neighborhood summer picnic!

Welcoming Committee Update - Kevin
- Since December, monitoring home sale sites for new owner in neighborhood
- Goal - get flyer with Neighborhood Association information to home within 1 month of purchase
- Roles:
- Courtney - Monitor sales, monitor neighborhood email for outreach
- Shelby, Caleb, Kelly, Kevin - Deliver flyers

- Isadore Knox, Jr. is not running for alder for District 14, two candidates Noah Lieberman and Kate Blood are running instead
- Kevin is planning an evening event at Goodman South Library where each candidate will separately have the chance to answer a prepared list of questions
- Needs:
- Volunteers for MC, Greeter, and De-Escalation roles
- Volunteers to help create the prepared question list
- Volunteer to provide English/Spanish translation at event (inquiry in process with multiple bilingual neighbors)
- Caleb, Austin, and Kelly will be forwarded planning document links

BRNA Bank Account - Courtney
- Courtney has been looking into options for a treasury for BRNA
- Goal: Transparency! Balance and where money is spent able to be checked by anyone outside of meetings
- Current Plan: Start LLC for the neighborhood, allows opening of bank account and accounting apps to allow for transparency
- Shelby - will reach out to Dane County Neighbors Helping Neighbors to get feedback on how other neighborhood associations in area run their monetary accounts
